Job summary

Virginia Tire & Auto seeks a Senior Service Advisor to lead a team of service advisors, drive sales, and ensure top customer outcomes. You’ll master sales procedures, sell tires and related products, and present solutions with confidence to customers.

Responsibilities include writing estimates, ordering parts, creating and billing sales orders, and meeting company targets. A professional appearance and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of complex vehicle systems and diagnosis.
• Help develop knowledge of Service Advisors by assisting with complex recommendations.
• A professional personal appearance.
• Ability to become well-versed in a point of sale system.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert on Virginia Tire & Auto sales procedures and initiatives.
• Sell tires, Credit Card products and other services to customers.
• Document and communicate recommendations from the Production team.
• Write estimates and order parts as needed.
• Create and bill out all sales orders.
• Work toward company sales goals and individual targets.
• Build relationships with customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Serve as the point person for team communications.
