Job summary

Virginia Tire & Auto is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the service department and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will spend substantial time on the front counter, leading a hands-on team to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.

You will drive profitability by reviewing performance data, identifying opportunities, and executing corrective actions while mentoring staff and upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of retail management experience, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and retail operations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive store performance.
