The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, timely updates on vehicle status, and a stress-free car care experience, with a commission-based structure on top of a base pay.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; however, experience is desired and will be compensated accordingly.
• Professional personal appearance required.
• Ability to learn our internal software applications.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers in the showroom and at the register, promoting tires and basic auto services.
• Serve as the frontline contact and connect customer needs with technicians.
• Become an expert on tire collections and services like oil changes and maintenance.
• Build relationships by communicating timing and vehicle status to ensure a stress-free experience.
• Balance priorities and manage time in a fast-paced showroom.
• Assist in keeping the showroom clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
