Victory Nissan of Mechanicsville is seeking an Experienced Dealership Service Advisor. You will be the central liaison between customers and technicians, listening to problems, scheduling service, and explaining needed repairs to manage expectations and ensure top-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level experience or equivalent, an unrestricted driver’s license, and a commitment to world-class customer service in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and TSBs.
