Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of problems.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customer when car will be ready; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs while setting customer expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and, if applicable, a road test.
• Maintains current knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information.
