Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. The role requires exceptional communication, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to translate repairs into clear recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, and a proven track record of delivering world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of reading and comprehending instructions and working in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers if a repair cannot be completed on time.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with clear expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road tests.
• Maintain current knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
