Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Dealership Service Advisor to act as the communication hub for service and repair activities, coordinating between customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large-facility experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, and a proven track record in technical and customer service performance. Must work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone and ensure prompt, accurate diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform the customer of delays or changes in estimates.
• Provide repair recommendations and manage delivery by setting/maintaining expectations.
• Ensure completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
