Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants, oversee pricing analyses, and interact with internal and external clients to deliver insights and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5+ years actuarial analysis in commercial insurance
• Graduate degree and 3+ years actuarial analysis in personal lines
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Coaching, evaluating and training professional staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through project leadership.
• Oversee pricing and analytics projects; coach analysts and consultants; ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Review work of consultants; manage workload and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead actuarial teams; balance business results with human capital constraints.
• Provide challenge to leadership and communicate insights clearly.
