Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role across the United States. You will lead and develop actuarial analysts, oversee pricing analyses, and collaborate with internal and external clients to drive strategic pricing decisions.

Qualifications

BA/BS or graduate degree plus actuarial experience in commercial insurance
3+ years commercial insurance experience
ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) credential
Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
Understanding of market landscape and ability to coach and train staff

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through project development.
Oversee actuarial analyses and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Coach, train and mentor Actuarial Consultants and Analysts.
Manage teams' time, workload and tradeoffs.
Provide guidance and constructive feedback to staff to promote growth and performance.
Demonstrate ability to balance business results with limited human capital.
Challenge leadership with effective insights and recommendations
