You will guide actuarial analysts, mentor teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to shape pricing strategies and deliver high-quality analyses.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to drive project success.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decisions with timely, high-quality insights.
• Coach and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Review the work of Analysts to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
