Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects. You will coach staff, manage client relationships, and drive high-quality deliverables across engagements.

This remote-first role supports internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on performance, mentorship, and strategic pricing in the commercial auto space.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years actuarial/statistical analysis experience in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3+ years experience in personal lines insurance.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decision-making, ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients; communicate insights and recommendations.
