Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants in a remote-friendly environment across the United States.

You will oversee pricing analyses, client engagement, and team leadership, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external clients while delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience; or a graduate degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification required; FCAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
