Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants, overseeing pricing projects and client interactions in a remote US role.

You will coach teams, drive pricing strategies, ensure timely delivery, and balance business results with talent development while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Formación

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics or actuarial science with 5 years of post-bachelor commercial insurance actuarial experience.
• Or a graduate degree in statistics, mathematics or actuarial science with 3 years of personal lines actuarial experience.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification.
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Understanding of the market landscape and ability to coach, mentor and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients via project work.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Balance workload and provide guidance to leadership on staffing and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability in pricing projects.
