Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead a team of Actuarial Analysts and Consultants on pricing and analytical projects for commercial auto, interacting with internal stakeholders and clients.

You will coach and mentor staff, oversee analyses, ensure timely delivery, and balance business goals with talent development.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field with 5 years of post-bachelor experience or a graduate degree with 3 years experience in personal lines actuarial analysis
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Aufgaben

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytics projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision‑making
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights and recommendations
• Review and manage Consultants’ work to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables
• Balance business results with constrained human capital and provide effective leadership
