Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants, drive pricing strategies, and support client interactions across a remote, nationwide setup. You will oversee analyses, mentor staff, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables with strong communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Solid understanding of the market landscape

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients via project development
• Recruiting, interviewing, performance appraisals, salary actions, promotions and terminations, disciplinary procedures, coaching and mentoring staff
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee timely completion of projects
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommend tradeoffs to leadership
• Provide effective challenge to leadership
