Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead Actuarial Analysts and Consultants. You will oversee pricing analyses, coach staff, and coordinate projects with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver accurate, timely insights.

You will manage teams, balance staffing with business needs, and present pricing strategies to leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Or a graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3+ years of actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients, via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee timely project completion.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Manage team time/workload and recommend tradeoffs to leadership.
• Provide effective challenge to leadership
