Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical/actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree plus 3 years experience in statistical/actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction across pricing/analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights.
