DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to lead the merchant support experience from strategy to execution. You will transform support into a tech-first, scalable experience that drives merchant satisfaction and loyalty.

You will work across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics to land key initiatives and improve merchant outcomes, leveraging your analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related areas; startup experience a plus.
• Proven track record working on cross-functional initiatives and delivering ambitious goals.
• Owner / self-starter with bias toward action and proactive problem solving.
• Analytical; comfortable pulling data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
