Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in San Francisco to lead the merchant support experience, shaping strategy and execution for live merchants on the platform.

You will drive a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience to boost merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. The role requires 2–4+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or related fields, with cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and comfort pulling data in SQL

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience and experience leading a team are a plus.
A proven track record of cross-functional initiatives, managing toward ambitious goals, and succeeding in complex environments.
Owner / self-starter with bias toward action and proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions.
