Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Strategy & Operations Associate Manager to lead the merchant support experience and transform it into a scalable, tech-first process.

You will own both strategy and execution to boost merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty on the platform. You will strategize, analyze, and implement initiatives with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and AI tools to drive improvements in merchant experience and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology or related fields
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience with analytical projects; SQL knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the support experience for merchants, owning strategy and execution post-launch
• Develop data-driven go-to-market and implementation plans for new initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance and analytics teams
