Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is hiring a Senior Associate in Merger Integration & Carve-Outs in the US. You will support end-to-end integration programs, including Day 1 readiness, synergy tracking, and organizational design, working with cross-functional client teams.

The role requires 4–6+ years of consulting experience in integration/change initiatives, MBA preferred, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Travel to client sites up to 75% of the time; comfort with fast-paced, client‑facing work.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Day 1 Readiness, integration roadmaps, and post‑close execution.
• Drive performance improvement assessments and implement recommendations.
• Coordinate with IMO teams on synergies, TSAs, blueprinting, and governance.
• Manage client relationships and deliver service excellence across deals.
