Alvarez & Marsal in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate for Merger Integration & Carve-Outs within PEPI. You will work on large deals, lead integration workstreams, and support Day 1 readiness.

• 4–6+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Experience in integration planning and divestitures is a plus.
• MBA preferred; excellent oral and written communication skills; willingness to travel 75%+

Responsabilités

• Provide service excellence by identifying client issues and developing recommendations within the engagement context.
• Assist with IMO workstreams—Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness, Integration Roadmap, Communications, and more.
• Support Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement in key areas like strategic planning and operations.
• Drive performance improvement assessments across an enterprise and help implement recommendations.
• Track progress and adjust integration strategies or personnel as needed.
