Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director of Merger Integrations and Carve-Outs to lead large-scale merger integration and divestiture programs in the U.S. You will oversee Integration Management Office activities, drive Day 1 planning, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional consulting experience focusing on merger integration, divestitures, business transformation and change management.
• MBA preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple work streams in complex transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying client issues and tailoring approaches to each deal.
• Lead the Integration Management Office or subspecialties like Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness, and more.
• Deliver large, complex engagements and implement creative business and technology solutions for PE clients.
