Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Dallas is seeking a Senior Associate for Merger Integration & Carve-Outs within its PEPI practice. You will work on large, high-profile deals, spanning pre-deal reviews to Day 1 readiness and post-close execution, developing hands-on operational capabilities and delivering value for corporate and equity buyers.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Experience in integration planning and divestitures is a plus.
• Deep functional expertise in finance & accounting operations; HR/organizational design; leadership and stakeholder involvement; planning growth initiatives.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying key client issues and developing recommendations within the engagement context.
• Assist with workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO)—Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, and more.
