• 5-8+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or areas within Integration Management Office (IMO) – e.g., Synergies, TSAs, Day 1 Readiness.
• Drive Day 1/Day 100 planning and execution to deliver value.
• Oversee development of integration roadmaps and governance structures.
