Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Manager in Merger Integration & Carve-Outs within its PEPI MI&C practice in the United States. You will lead workstreams within the Integration Management Office, directing complex engagements across finance, HR, operations, and supply chain, with significant travel expected.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, Day 1/Day 100 delivery, and performance improvement, underpinned by an MBA and extensive consulting experience in deal execution and integration

Qualifications

• MBA preferred
• 5-8+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
• Experience leading one or more work streams in a business transformation.
• Deep functional expertise across multiple areas such as Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, or Communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or specific areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO).
• Direct large, complex client engagements for PE clients and portfolio companies.
• Oversee Day 1/Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement.
• Drive strategic planning and operational optimization across the enterprise.
• Coordinate back-office consolidation, supply chain, IT/reporting integration, and customer/channel management.
• Track progress against objectives and adjust integration strategies as needed.
