Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional consulting experience in merger integration or business transformation.
• MBA preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying client issues, evaluating analysis, and delivering recommendations.
• Assist with workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO)—Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, and more.
• Support Day 1 and Day 100 planning, execution, and performance improvement across key areas.
• Drive performance improvement assessments and help implement recommendations.
• Track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies as needed.
