You will drive IT diligence, interim IT management, and Day-1/100-day planning, delivering value through ERP, IT operations, and architecture solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, transformation programs, and collaboration with senior client executives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience in systems implementations and merger integration.
• Extensive experience with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, or related transactions.
• Deep functional expertise in IT merger integration, business/IT transformation, ERP, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-acquisition IT diligence focusing on business systems, IT infrastructure, and architecture.
• Deliver interim IT management and Day-1/100-day planning and execution.
• Drive ERP implementations, cost reduction, and post-deal integration across portfolios.
• Oversee deliverables quality and manage delivery teams and client relationships.
• Develop and coach staff, participating in staffing, recruitment, and mentorship.
