• Experience owning a function end-to-end with measurable impact and building forecasting/ROI models

• Own inbound, SSMO, and SDR functions for Canada, including goaling, forecasting, and pacing
• Design and adopt new sales products, processes, and AI-powered workflows to scale productivity
• Partner with Sales leadership to build effective go-to-market strategies and structural changes
• Build models (walk-to-goal, forecasting, ROI) to evaluate performance and surface opportunities
• Collaborate across Merchant S&O, Sales, Analytics, and Planning to scale impact
