You will drive cross‑functional programs and ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics and Sales Operations to achieve business goals. You will design quotas and incentives, forecast performance, and build compensation plans while partnering with executives to translate data into actionable insights that fuel

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Planning, Operations, Analytics in tech/logistics/e‑commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field; MBA/MS a plus.
• Proven quota setting, incentive design, forecasting experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; distill data into insights.
• Proven ownership and cross-functional leadership in fast-paced environments.
