Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales – In Store to lead a team of managers and their sales representatives, driving in-store revenue growth and merchant adoption across North America. You’ll coach leaders, shape GTM strategy, and partner with Product, Strategy & Operations, Sales Development, and Account Management.

You will travel ~2-4 times per quarter within the region, with flexible remote or office work, and contribute to go-to-market initiatives as the in-store offering evolves.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience with targets and pipeline strategy.
• 4+ years of people management leading managers.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, strategy, and ops.
• Strategic, analytical thinker with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and influence across stakeholders.
• Hands-on leadership and coaching approach.

Responsibilities
