Coach and motivate branch staff through feedback, one-on-ones, and training sessions.
Mentor staff through development and engagement strategies for promotions.
Deepen member relationships through in-branch engagement, calls, and referrals to other lines.
Promote brand awareness through in-branch promotions and community events.
Oversee branch operations, compliance, security, and cash control; address deficiencies.
