Job summary

Global Credit Union in the United States seeks a Branch Manager I/II to lead branch performance, drive portfolio growth, and deliver exceptional member and employee experiences in a dynamic environment.

As a leader, you will coach the team, align operations with regulatory standards, deepen member relationships through needs-based conversations, and collaborate with internal partners to expand multi-product households.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Ability to coach and develop teams to excellence in sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Translate business objectives into branch-level priorities with action plans.
• Coach & Mentor: Provide regular feedback and monthly 1:1s to drive service and sales excellence.
• Elevate Member Experience: Deepen relationships via needs-based conversations and tailored solutions.
• Grow the Business: Monitor market trends and activate internal partnerships to deliver comprehensive solutions.
