Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in supervising branch team, schedules, and coaching.
• Support security procedures and auditing processes.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee sales and operations.
• Drive sales through coaching tellers and MSRs, cross-selling products and services.
• Assist in meeting sales goals through outside calls and meetings with prospective accounts.
• Promote teamwork among staff and internal departments.
• Interview members for loan applications and verify information.
