Qualifications

• Strong leadership in coaching, training, and motivating staff to achieve high performance.
• Proficiency in sales, service, operations, and compliance with branch processes.
• Advanced organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) with effective time management.
• Competence in consumer math, financial transactions, and advanced computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations & Leadership: plan, direct, and supervise daily branch operations; cover in absence; oversee teller and service functions.
• Staff Development & Performance: lead training, coaching, and evaluations; ensure service excellence.
• Member Relations & Business Development: promote products, support campaigns, build community relationships.
• Compliance, Policy & Culture: uphold regulatory requirements; foster teamwork and service mindset.
• Financial & Cash Management: manage cash operations, security, losses; balance reporting.
• Facility, Safety & Security Oversight: ensure safe branch, conduct training, test alarms.
• Reporting, Audits & Admin Support: maintain records; assist with audits and projects.
