You will coach and assess performance, manage territory revenue, and collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management and Wholesale lines to deliver integrated financial solutions. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Lead BRM team to develop deposits, cash management, and credit, focusing on client experience and risk management.
• Manage performance of BRMs and ensure priorities are met with strong client focus and risk controls.
• Oversee area revenue/profitability and ensure compliance with credit quality and regulatory standards using metrics to guide actions.
• Coach BRMs on relationship management, prospecting, profitability, pricing, and loan structuring.
• Connect clients with specialists to meet financial goals and collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and other lines.
• Recruit and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline; hire and develop talent in an inclusive environment.
