Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong leadership and relationship-management abilities.
• Experience in managing client relationships and risk within banking.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and guidance to BRMs to develop new deposit, cash management, and credit business.
• Manage performance of BRMs and ensure achievement of business priorities with focus on client experience and risk.
• Oversee area revenue and profitability; monitor credit quality, regulatory requirements, and risk with metrics.
• Coach team on portfolio management, loan structuring, pricing, and customized solutions.
• Connect clients with specialists to meet personal financial goals.
• Build relationships with partners across Chase lines to foster a One Chase environment.
• Actively recruit and retain top talent through an inclusive and respectful team environment.
