Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Area Manager in Business Banking to lead a team of Business Relationship Managers in developing new business and deepening existing relationships to position JPMorgan Chase as the primary bank for our clients.

You will provide leadership, guide portfolio management, and collaborate with partners across lines of business to ensure exceptional client experience while maintaining strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending.
• Experience with deposit, cash management and credit products.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to analyze metrics and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BRMs to develop new deposits, cash management and credit business with focus on client experience and risk.
• Manage performance and ensure achievement of business priorities.
• Oversee area revenue, profitability and adherence to risk standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach team on portfolio management, loan structuring and tailored solutions.
• Foster collaboration with cross-line partners to promote One Chase client-centric service.
