Qualificações

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Expert knowledge of deposit, cash management, and business credit underwriting.
• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to analyze reports and data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and lead through change.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and guidance to BRMs within a territory to develop new deposit, cash management, and credit business.
• Manage performance and accountability for achieving business priorities with focus on client experience and risk.
• Oversee area revenue, profitability, and adherence to credit quality and regulatory requirements.
• Coach the team on portfolio management, loan structuring, pricing, and developing customized solutions.
• Build relationships with partners across Chase lines of business to foster a One Chase culture.
• Recruit and develop diverse talent, creating an inclusive team environment.
