Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced GRC technologist to design, implement, and support Archer-based solutions across development, test, and production environments. You will lead architecture decisions, configure platforms, and integrate data feeds to meet regulatory requirements.

Role emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors while driving secure, scalable GRC capabilities and ongoing upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree (preferred).
• 5 years with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably in Healthcare.
• 3 years of IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture.
• Experience with Archer administration, development, and platform configuration (preferred).
• Experience with Archer solution design, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, and data feeds (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Defines, designs, and continually improves GRC processes through technology.
• Specifies and designs GRC technology systems, networks, and processes.
• Translates customer requirements into artifacts and manages project plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Performs detailed component requirements gathering and documentation for implementation.
• Communicates with stakeholders and provides status reports to leadership.
• Maintains knowledge of technologies and advises on GRC solutions and opportunities.
• Researches and implements advanced training on GRC automation and digital transformation.
• Other duties as assigned.
