Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead Archer GRC implementations in a client consulting setting across the US. You will drive architecture, ensure delivery quality, and act as SME for Archer platform and related technologies.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to a broader risk and compliance technology strategy, including cloud-enabled solutions and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with impact.
• Leadership and change-management experience in consulting projects.
• Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on technical consulting and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and develop, invest in, and maintain thought leadership related to Archer platform and IRM/GRC capabilities.
• Oversee all technical aspects of Archer offering development, project delivery, and solution delivery.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Archer GRC delivery and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define architecture and ensure value-driven outcomes.
