Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for Risk Technology Consulting to lead Archer-based GRC implementations in a client-facing role. You will guide architecture, integration, and deployment of Archer modules, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery while collaborating with diverse teams across risk and technology functions.

The role requires deep Archer expertise, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff while driving multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 3 years relevant Archer implementation experience with IRM (GRC) in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with impact.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Archer platform end-to-end delivery processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementations and Archer-enabled solutions in a client consulting environment.
• Be the SME on Archer GRC delivery including configuration, data feeds, workflows, and reports.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time technical deliverables that meet client expectations.
• Guide architecture, integration, and deployment considerations across projects.
