EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to bridge business needs with Archer GRC technology, delivering scalable risk and compliance solutions for financial services clients. You will lead Archer platform implementations, guide technical decisions, and mentor delivery teams while ensuring high-quality, on-time results across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
At least 3 years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with impact.
Experience with Archer form and layout design, workflows, data imports, reports, dashboards.
Certifications: Archer Admin Specialist/Expert; SAFe/ Scrum Master preferred.
Ability to lead and mentor teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Archer-based implementations and project delivery.
Be SME on Archer GRC delivery.
Ensure high-quality, on-time technical deliverables.
