Job summary

EY Risk Technology Consulting seeks a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Archer GRC to lead end-to-end Archer platform implementations for complex IRM projects in a client-facing setting. You will drive architecture, governance, and delivery while mentoring teammates.

You will apply SAFe/Agile methodologies, partner with stakeholders, and ensure quality outcomes aligned with EY's risk and regulatory goals across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years Archer implementation experience in a client consulting environment.
• Excellent communication with impact and leadership qualities.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
• Experience with Agile project management and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead Archer platform implementations and project delivery.
• Act as SME for Archer GRC solutions delivery.
• Ensure high quality, timely technical deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and manage end-to-end delivery.
