Job summary

enGen is seeking a senior technical lead for Archer GRC platforms. You will design, deploy, and support Archer-based solutions, including workflows, dashboards, and data feeds.

You’ll lead upgrades, API integrations, and production support while collaborating with stakeholders across IT and business units. The role emphasizes governance, risk, and compliance in a healthcare context, with responsibilities spanning architecture, security, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related discipline.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree is preferred.
• 5 years with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably in healthcare.
• 3 years of IT discipline, process improvement, and system architecture.
• Experience with Archer administration, development, and platform configuration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines, designs, and improves GRC processes through technology; configures enterprise risk and compliance solutions.
• Designs GRC systems, networks, infrastructure elements, and processes; evaluates design options.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align expectations on GRC process automation; manages plans and milestones.
• Gatheres requirements and translates them into detailed designs and artifacts; assists with upgrades and testing.
• Communicates with multiple levels of the organization; provides training and problem resolution.
• Maintains knowledge across technical areas and advises on GRC technology and solutions.
• Develops training approaches for GRC automation and digital transformation; contributes to knowledge bases.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
