Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Archer GRC platform engineer to design, develop, implement, and support Archer-based governance, risk and compliance solutions. You will lead architecture, configuration, API integrations and production support across development, test and production environments, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable GRC capabilities.

The role requires Archer administration, development, and API skills, plus SQL and Windows Server experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related discipline
• 5 years with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably with Healthcare or a Healthcare related industry
• 3 year of IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture
• 5+ years of Archer administration, development, and platform configuration
• 3+ years of Archer solution design, questionnaire development, workflows, dashboards, reports, and data feeds
• 3+ years of API development and system integration (REST/SOAP)
• 3+ years of SQL development, data analysis, and troubleshooting
• 2+ years of custom application development using JavaScript, .NET, C#, or similar technologies
• 2+ years supporting Windows Server, IIS, and on-premises enterprise application environments

Responsibilities

• Defines, designs, and continuously improves business processes, risk and compliance functions through the use of technology.
• Develops and configures the enterprise risk, governance, compliance and business solutions.
• Collaborates with customers, staff, IT colleagues, and stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend solutions.
• Specifies and designs GRC technology systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, and processes.
• Assists with selection of design standards, tools and methods and ensures they are applied effectively.
• Evaluates and performs impact analysis on solution design and implementation options.
• Translates customer expectations into written artifacts and maintains data quality.
• Performs detailed component requirements gathering and analysis and documents technical aspects.
• Communicates with multiple levels of organization and manages expectations.
