Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Archer GRC specialist to lead design, development and integration of Archer applications, workflows, dashboards and data feeds. You will guide platform upgrades, configuration, and production support across environments while collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and vendors.

The role requires deep Archer expertise, API development, SQL data work, and strong governance skills to ensure scalable, secure GRC capabilities and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• Master's Degree preferred for advanced roles
• Minimum 5 years in GRC tech, healthcare experience preferred
• Experience with Archer administration, development, and platform configuration
• Experience with API development and system integration (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with SQL development, data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS and on‑premises enterprise apps

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Archer GRC solutions, workflows, dashboards and data feeds
• Lead Archer application development, config, upgrades, and production support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable GRC solutions
• Perform architecture analyses and ensure secure, compliant deployments
• Provide training and guidance on GRC automation and best practices
• Maintain system documentation, data quality, and governance processes
