Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced GRC technologist to design, implement, and support Archer-based solutions across development, test, and production environments. You will lead API integrations, data feeds, dashboards, and custom scripting to meet regulatory requirements.

The role entails collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and vendors, ensuring performance, security, and governance while advancing enterprise GRC capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
• 5 years of Governance, Risk, and Compliance tech experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 3 years IT discipline, process improvement, and system architecture.
• Archer administration and platform configuration preferred.
• Experience with API development and system integration (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead Archer development, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Design applications, workflows, dashboards, and data feeds.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align GRC processes with business needs.
• Oversee installation, patching, and maintenance across environments.
• Ensure security, architecture standards, and SLA adherence.
