Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Archer GRC Architect to design, implement, and support Archer-based governance, risk, and compliance solutions. You will lead development, integration, and platform upgrades across development, test, and production environments.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver scalable GRC capabilities while ensuring security and regulatory alignment. Strong Archer knowledge and API experience are essential, with healthcare industry exposure

Qualifications

• 5 years with Governance, Risk, and Compliance Technology, preferably in Healthcare
• 3 years IT discipline, Process Improvement, and System Architecture
• Archer administration, development, and platform configuration experience preferred
• Experience with Archer installations, upgrades, patch management, and migrations
• Experience with disaster recovery and high availability initiatives

Responsibilities

• Defines and designs GRC tech solutions aligning with business processes and regulatory requirements.
• Specifies systems and infrastructure elements; ensures design standards and data quality.
• Translates requirements into artifacts and manages project plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Documents technical aspects of development, testing, and integration using standard templates.
• Communicates with stakeholders; provides project status and problem resolution.
• Maintains current knowledge of GRC technologies and potential commercial opportunities.
