Busey is seeking a Senior Receivables Solutions Advisor to optimize client receivables through payment acceptance, cash application, and automation. You will work hybrid across Burr Ridge and other Illinois markets, identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to clients and prospects.

You will partner with Treasury Management to drive revenue growth, maintain a lively sales pipeline in Hubspot or Salesforce, and coordinate with implementation and product teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology is required.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience using CRM systems (Hubspot or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in receivables and payment solutions.
• Present payment and receivables solutions and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management teams to drive growth with clients and prospects.
• Maintain and grow current client relationships with quarterly reviews and contract negotiation.
• Develop proposals, pricing, and implementation plans addressing client needs.
